You may or may not be aware about the frequencies that transmit through the music you listen to. For those who know, you are aware that modern recorded music is set at the standard of 440Hz. However, there are those who point to history and also contend that the natural frequency of the Earth resonates at 432Hz...meaning you are more in tune with nature, more relaxed, and vibrate on a higher mental/spiritual level when exposed to that frequency.

Well, I'd like to give you a chance to experiment with and prove this theory to be true. In putting together this project, I took some acoustic recordings of me playing on a grand piano to both provide you with another series of stress-relieving music for your soul, but also to test out the aforementioned frequencies and see how you feel listening to the same album, on two different levels.

'Follow the M.A.P.' is obviously dual meaning (which you've come to know me for, for those who have been around long enough). The musical theme is certainly about a journey through sound as these instrumentals were definitely created as I was searching through different emotions and later put a theme to each one, especially where it concerns life's journey, but also the acronym...M.A.P. (Mind At Peace)...so that's what I'm inviting you to do...follow it, whichever paths leads you to it.
